My Hometown
My Home town
I would like to introduce my home town, Shizuoka , Japan . Most people recognize that Shizuoka the prefecture has Mt. Fuji . Shizuoka is located almost in the middle of Japan . It is blessed with a mild climate, so it is comfortable to live. There are beautiful forests and a sea called Suruga Bay. Shizuoka ranks first in Japan in products such as green tea, mandarin oranges, “wasabi” horseradish, bonito, mackerel, yellow-fin tuna, and cherry-colored shrimp. Shizuoka is particularly blessed with hot spring. There are many hot spring resorts in Atami, a coastal hot spring resort in Shizuoka prefecture, on the east coast of the Izu Peninsula southwest of Tokyo , Japan . In Atami there are outdoor baths surrounded by a beautiful sea. It is wonderful!. Shizuoka is also famous for soccer. Shizuoka is used to be called soccer kingdom. There are many strong high school teams and two professional soccer teams in Shizuoka . Both of teams are traditional teams and strong in J League, the top division of Japan Professional Football League.
